Idiomas emanated from a ‘Literature guru’ Josh, who left the corporate establishment after 15 years to focus on his passion, Language knowledge transfer. The pandemic brought about a significant surge in his online tutoring services which inevitably didn’t subside after the pandemic crisis. Thus, the year 2022 will be the set-off of the full-scale tutoring enterprise.

Flexibility and adaptability were the strongest challenges our team of 5 experts couldn’t fix back then. Then we brainstormed for a couple of weeks and came up with a dynamic approach since which has been the success we boast about today.

We analyzed our pool of learners, quantified them, and rate satisfactions in an independent manner. We processed the data and strengthened all parameters related to teaching mechanism, and finally, we got this equation: a student can call in or even simply text for instance at 9am that he/she wishes to reschedule her class about to take place at 12pm, her request will immediately be taken into account or  her/his new requested schedule will be vetted against existing calendar and either slightly adjusted and plainly maintained as per his/her request. We always make room for sudden changes or shifting in schedules and always have students at had who will be interested in taking the recently vacant slot. For that purpose, we have a fixed number of students we enroll proportional to tutors’ capacity and optimal daily availability in order to create the perfect blend that keeps students continue the trail of their classes without change of assigned tutors from the start.

Learning mechanism:

At Idiomas, we teach differently, with creative methods, with regular support and coaching, for instance, Idiomas is ever ready to help any student in need of an urgent 5- or 10-minutes assistance or any language related request no matter the hour of the day. Such need will be addressed totally free of charge. We journey with our students till the very end of their learning plan with us, we don’t just tutor, we are their real-time assistant throughout the whole learning experience.
